About Paint n' Play Denver

A Paint n' Play Denver kids' paint party is a fun, engaging art experience where kids can express their creativity through painting. We bring all the supplies and guide them through a fun and interactive painting session, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

• All painting supplies (paints, canvases, brushes, aprons, and other materials)
• All set-up materials including tables and chairs (if needed!), table cloths, paper towels, palette plates, water cups, and more.
• Painting design from our library or a custom design from your child's imagination
• Step-by-step instruction (for ages 6+) or freestyle painting options
• Set up and clean up so parents can relax and enjoy the party

Yes! We offer a variety of fun painting themes and can work with you to create a custom experience based on your child’s interests. We will take whatever idea they have, and turn it into a painting based on their age and skill level. Then, we teach your child and their friends step-by-step how to paint it on their own!

The base price includes up to 10 kids. Additional painters can be added for $10 per child.  We can host in-person parties of up to 40 kids! 

Step-by-step guided painting is best suited for school-aged kids (6 and up) who can follow along with an instructor. Freestyle paint parties are great for younger children, allowing them to explore and create in a more open-ended, playful way. You can always book a step-by-step party for a younger child whom you know can handle sitting through a class! You know your kids best.

Paint n' Play Denver is a mobile paint party service, meaning we come to you! We can set up at your home, a park, a community center, or any other venue of your choice. Need a venue? We have a great relationship with venues around the front range! Just ask!

Yes! If you’d like to have cake or snacks--some grops like to have their snacks during the drying breaks. You can also plan to have food after the group is done with their project. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. 

We provide aprons, but we always suggest kids wear clothes that can get a little messy—just in case creativity gets a bit colorful! 

Parties are booked in 2-hour time slots, but kids usually do not paint for a full 2 hours. The session includes:  

• Painting time 
• Drying breaks 
• A chance for snacks or cake (if provided by the host) 
• Catch-up time for late guests
• Cleanup at the end

Some popular themes for a child's birthday party include superheroes, princesses, pirates,  landscapes, pets, favorite animals, sports, characters, and outer space.

Some good locations for a child's birthday party include a park, a bowling alley, an indoor playground, or even your own backyard weather permitting.

It's a good idea to send out invitations at least 2-3 weeks in advance (although we do accept bookings withing 1 week) to give guests enough time to RSVP and plan accordingly.

Nope! The best part about Paint n' Play is that our events are not centered around the "sip" part of most paint parties. You're welcome to have drinks at your private party, or from a bar depending on the venue for the event. Feel free to have a sober-friendly or sober-ish event!
